Justine Lauderback

Justine Lauderback has been working in the field of affordable housing non-profit finances for more than 20 years. She is an experienced non-profit financial controller & administrator, skilled at handling multiple budgets concurrently, and working across diverse functions & departments.  In her current position as Sr. Asset Manager at Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC), she provides oversight, monitoring and reporting for a CCDC portfolio of 29 Properties.  Previously, she was the Controller at Community Housing Partnership, and prior to that was Deputy Director at Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center. Justine has been a longtime volunteer on Dolores Street Community Services Finance Committee.
