Ward Penfold

Ward Penfold is a Deputy County Counsel at the Santa Clara County Counsel's Office.  Previously, Ward worked as Counsel at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar in Paris.  He received his law degree from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in History from Harvard University, and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
